My background combines hands-on AI system design with 20+ years in finance, portfolio management, trading, derivatives, quantitative research, and institutional risk management. As a CFA charterholder and former senior ETF portfolio manager, I have managed complex investment strategies across equities, leveraged exposures, swaps, crypto-linked products, short-dated options, and non-standard ETF structures. I have also built the systems behind the investment process, including portfolio dashboards, risk monitoring tools, data pipelines, rebalance workflows, automated reporting, and trading support infrastructure.

Since the explosion of Agentic AI, I have gone deep into applied AI, building local-first AI environments, model-routing workflows, retrieval and memory systems, agent-based tools, prompt-engineering harnesses, and automation frameworks. I bring a builder’s mindset to AI: practical, secure, measurable, and designed around real business needs.

Outside of work, I live in Cliffside Park with my wife, two kids, and our dog. I enjoy being involved in the local community, coaching baseball, and helping kids get excited about STEM, technology, and creative problem-solving.
